There is a lot on this site, so this page lays it out by the question you probably came here with.

Find Your Way Around

San Bernardino, California
We Roof roof inspection and repair

If you have a leak right now

Go to the roof repairs page for how I find and fix the source, and the contact page to get a tarp organised if it is still raining. Storm damage has its own page covering what the Santa Ana winds and winter fronts typically do and how I document it for insurance.

Do not start with the replacement page. Most leaks I attend are repairs, and reading about tear-offs first just makes people nervous.

If you want to know where your roof stands

The inspection page explains my four-phase routine: interior, attic, roof surface, and flashings and penetrations. It also covers what shows up in the written report and what the photos are for.

The warranties page and the protection plan page describe what happens after the work, which is where a lot of roofers go quiet.

If you are weighing a new roof

Read the replacement page, then the three R's page, then the blog posts on shingle materials, metal roofing and roofing over existing shingles. Those five together cover most of what I would explain on your driveway.

The referral program page is there for people who have used us and want to send a neighbor.

If you live in one of the surrounding towns

There are area pages for Highland, Redlands, Colton, Rialto, Loma Linda and Fontana. Each one talks about the housing era, the roof types I see most, and the particular exposure that town gets to wind, heat and fire.

Grand Terrace and Yucaipa are covered inside the main service pages until they earn their own.

Reading for the curious

The blog is a mix of material guides, maintenance advice and a few pieces on solar roofing and metal that I wrote because customers kept asking. None of it replaces a look at your actual roof, but it helps you ask better questions.

The project gallery describes the kinds of jobs we take on, from single-tile fixes to full tear-offs on two-story tile houses.

How this site is organised

Service pages describe what I do and how. Area pages describe the towns and what their roofs are like. The blog is background reading. The contact and referral pages are for when you are ready to talk. Nothing here replaces a proper look at your own roof, but it should leave you able to ask sharper questions of whoever you hire.
